I started my HR career over 10 years ago at The Children’s Home of Reading as an HR Assistant. I spent 5 years at the facility learning about the industry and furthering my education. After leaving The Children’s Home of Reading, I spent 5 years at Genesis Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest post-acute care providers. During my tenure with Genesis Healthcare, I was promoted three times and was the Sr. HR Director for the state of Pennsylvania upon my departure. At the time, I had oversight of 18 HR Managers in the state. During my career at Genesis Healthcare, I was listed as the top recruiter for the state of Pennsylvania and played a vital part in the facility receiving a deficiency-free state survey. In a two-year span, I was able to recruit two hundred employees for one location. In November 2022 I joined the Tower Behavioral team as the HR Director and have played a critical role in reducing the amount of agency staff utilized in the facility and reducing employee turnover.
