Jenna Pacini is our Chief Executive Officer of Tower Behavioral Health, a Joint Venture partnership with Tower Health and Acadia Healthcare. Most recently, Jenna served as CEO of Geisinger Behavioral Health Center Northeast, where she was instrumental in the operational planning of their new facility set to open later this year. She has held numerous leadership positions at major health systems over the course of her career, including the role of COO at Belmont Behavioral Health System. There, she played a critical part in growing the hospital to become the largest free-standing psychiatric teaching hospital in the region. Jenna has a master’s degree in organizational and strategic leadership from Neumann University and a bachelor’s degree in business from The Pennsylvania State University.
