Jenny Palmisano joined Tower Behavioral Health in February 2020 as the Director of Admissions and Utilization Management. Jenny has over 15 years of experience working in intake and admission departments. She began her career at Reading Hospital-Spruce Pavilion where she worked as a mental health technician and later assisted with the opening of a Psychiatric Transition Unit, where she completed crisis evaluations to those presenting to the Emergency Department. In that role, she also facilitated placement for those individuals needing inpatient level of care. She developed an interest in assisting patients and families during times of crisis. From there, she worked at other local emergency rooms and admission departments. Prior to coming to Tower Behavioral Health, Jenny worked as an admission supervisor at a facility outside of Philadelphia. Jenny earned her Bachelor`s Degree in Psychology from DeSales University and her Master`s Degree in Counseling from West Chester University in 2012. Jenny is excited to continue to work at Tower Behavioral Health and lead departments focused on exceptional customer service and quality patient care.
